An Asia's renowned data center that is situated in Malaysia's intelligent city, Cyberjaya. It has multiple backbones from Tier 1 ISPs which allow global reach and fantastic QOS. It is the only IP transit service in Malaysia that provides SLAs. Connected with good latency to major destinations worldwide and an estimate of 0.01% packet loss rate across the network. The various environmental aspects of the data center including power, cooling, fire suppression and security are looked after by a central management system. Single Block 18-storey commercial building and 3 basement parking. The building consists of 7-storey data centre floors and 3 sub-floor for the installation of mechanical and electrical facilities and power plants.
Command Centre is located at Ground floor.
Two levels of security control:

2nd level: access to the data centre

A highly resilient, distributed redundant electrical system provides dual, redundant sources of power to every rack with no common point of failure. Rigorous application of best practice in engineering has led to a highly available, highly efficient electrical infrastructure.
The facility is outfitted with redundant chillers and chilled water storage to provide uninterrupted supply of cooling to the data halls while maintaining the temperature levels required by high-efficiency equipment to help optimize their performance and lifecycle.
AIMS is a carrier neutral data center, with direct access to both AIMS's extensive submarine cable system and Singapore's existing carrier hotels.
Fire Suppression
Inert Gas IG-55 fire suppression system is installed in the data centre areas.

Fire Alarm and Detection System
Two stages of alarms are implemented for IG-55 heat and smoke detection system.

An integrated Building Management System (BMS) is installed to monitor and control all facilities within AIMS’ data centre
Pacnet ensures easy and convenient installation and dismantling of equipment with a spacious loading bay, staging and storage areas, generous cargo lifts, ample headroom and level access between the loading bay and the data halls.
AIMS has a pool of highly-skilled data center engineers who are trained in the application of best practices in data center management for handling colocated equipment.
